Extended Warranty Policy & Procedures ( Chevrolet )
Extended Warranty outlines:
- Extended Warranty program is an extension to vehicle manufacturer Warranty.
- Valid for the following models of Chevrolet only (Aveo – Lanos – New Optra).
- Could be bought by the first owner during the original vehicle warranty period (3 years or 100,000KM) only, provided all schedule services are performed in one of Mansour service centers or any of the authorized service centers.
- Customers who bought EWP must continue performing the required services on time to benefit from the extended warranty.
- Extended warranty certificate can’t be cancelled and/or refunded after registration under any condition.

Extended Warranty Policy & Procedures ( OPEL )
Extended Warranty outlines:
- Extended Warranty program is an extension to vehicle manufacturer Warranty.
- Valid for all Opel models which their Warranties are 3 years or 100,000KM
- Could be bought by the first owner during the original vehicle warranty period (3 years or 100,000KM) only, provided all schedule services are performed in one of Mansour service centers or any of the authorized service centers.
- Customers who bought EWP must continue performing the required services on time to benefit from the extended warranty.
- Extended warranty certificate can’t be cancelled and/or refunded after registration under any condition.
- Terms & Conditions apply.
Types of Extended Warranty Program:
- 1 year / 20,000 KM which comes first.
- 2 years / 50,000 KM which comes first.
Extended Warranty Requirements
- Vehicle license copy
- Warranty booklet copy with stamped services, maintenance invoices or vehicle history.
- Customer receipt with the EW contract amount.
- Capture of the actual odometer.
- The customer must receive a copy of the EW contract.

Excluded items in Extended Warranty
- Virtually, all components are covered except wear & tear parts or regular maintenance items.
- Road-Side Assistance(RSA) & Towing fees.
- Battery & Remote batteries
- Radio & Speakers.
- Spark plug wires
- Exhaust pipes & Silencers.
- Engine and transmission mounts.
- Wheel bearings and hubs.
- All bulbs except xenon bulbs.
Note: All Excluded items in warranty period are excluded in the extended warranty as well.
Payment Methods at Auto group
- Cash
- Credit Card with or without installment payment
- Credit Card installment payment is valid by Banque NBE or CIB only.
